HOW LONG THE SET-UP TAKES?

Every project is different but assuming that there are no delays from your side of things a typical website will take between 4 and 6 day to go live . Previously we have been able to complete a website in less than 3 days with PayPal checkout. We sometime need few extra days to configure the payment system as if it up to the merchant bank to approve your card payment solution. Like the wise-man says, everything sweet takes its own sweet time to be sweeter.

 

ARE YOU CHEAPER THAN JUST-EAT; UBER; DELIVEROO; CHEF ONLINE; TOUCH2SUCCESS ETC?

Off course we are cheaper than them. We do not charge hefty commission from your order. We simply charge you a fixed weekly/monthly fee. We do not charge any share from your hard earned revenue. Our charges are nominal, just £10/week. Whether you make £500 a week or £50,000….we wont be greedy on it. Your success is our reward.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR CHARGE & WHY?

We have cost of running like you and rest of the business. However, out charges are minimal and noticeably cheaper. We charge only £150+vat to get you online. This includes  your website designing, hosting it, configuring printers & receipts, setting-up delivery areas, programming the menu & training you. The amount of time we need to do all this cost you only £10/hour or less.

IS THE PRICE FIXED? CAN I GET ANY DISCOUNT?

We respect you. We know you are working hard to make money and provide for your family. To us family is very important, thus saving money is not a bad idea. However, considering our work and time we spend is far more than the cost we charge you. Therefore, we kept the cost at our standard. Rest assured, you can do all your maths and comparison, we wont be beaten on cost. So, you are already in a better place with us. Confidently go ahead.

WHEN DO YOU NEED PAYMENT FROM ME?

The initial set-up cost is very low, therefore we take the payment upfront. This keeps you and us in the loop and we finish the task with quality & timely manner. There is nothing to worry as you make the payment into our business bank account securely. We provide you Vat Invoice as well.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH WEBSITE CONTENT?

We surely do. We take as much information as possible from you at the beginning. We plan the website and its layout based on your style & type of items you offer. The design reflect your speciality. We try to keep wordings to minimum so its less confusing for your customers and they can go straight to business rather than waste time reading. However, extra help can be arranged if you need professional contents @ extra charge, typically £25/page of 500 words content from a content writer.

DO I OWN THE WEBSITE?

You can provide us your own domain name. Actually we suggest that you buy & own the domain rather than we buy it. So you feel secure & own the name. The website is hosted in our server as long as you are live & in contract with us. You are at no risk as our contracts are only rolling with a 3 months term. We are confident on our service & standard, therefore since 2018, we have stopped paying out legal service, as we barely had any disputes or legal representation. We are very happy with our clients as they are with us…………..PROUD Company.

 

DO I CHANGE MENU MYSELF?

Yes, we want you to do it. Not to put pressure on you, but to release it & takeaway the expense from you. If you are changing price or menu, its much simpler and faster to do it in the software. Your first menu comes inclusive of the set-up fee. We show you how to do it as well as provide you video link for future support on menu change & etc. The amount of time you need to explain us any change or email us the menu [as we only can accept excel format for menu programming], you can do those changes in  half or less the time. However, if you do not wish to do the task, we are happy to help. We charge menu service a flat rate of £89+Vat/set of menu, that is 1 food & 1 drink menu or £150+Vat for 2 set of food & 1 set of drink menu.

We are aware that, some companies offer menu change service. We like to tell you that, they charge you a lot more than us. We keep our side of expense low, so we can pass the savings on you and cost you less to operate. Hope this makes sense and you are clear on this.
